Just over a year ago, news of a novel virus hit all of us hard. It has changed so many things and affected all of us in varying levels of severity. Many of us have lost friends and loved ones. Some have lost work and others continued in dangerous conditions. Many of NICET’s customers are deemed as essential employees and work tirelessly to keep us safe. We commend all of you along with the first responders, care givers, and medical staff treating the sick. During this time, we have all learned new things and found ways to get the job done and, in many cases, do it better. This issue of News from NICET provides just a glimpse of some of the activities we have changed and hopefully improved to provide more efficient safer options for you-- things like online exams, enhanced customer portal, and program development and maintenance activities held remotely.
