In lieu of a social security number, all applicants for NICET testing and certification are required to provide a clearly legible photocopy of a government-issued photo ID with their first application and with all change-of-permanent-address requests. Examination delivery at Pearson Vue test centers will also require a biometric capture. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to, federal passports, state driver licenses, and other government-issued IDs that include a candidate’s signature.
